At breakfast, while they were all together, Helen made her new step-daughter perfect French toast, as it is her favourite. “I’ll make your favourite, spaghetti tonight” she promised Homer..
That afternoon Homer had a ballet recital. I don’t know if Sim-Scouts improves athletic, but it made sense if ballet did. He passed Darlene, who used to be his friend when she was still a child.
After Darlene, Kaylynn came out, followed by Miraj Alvi. In a previous game of mine, long ago, they ended up together, and their son Federico married into my sims’ family. I have heard of them ending up together in other people’s games too.
With his after-school activity concluded by the recital, and the arrival of his new sister, it seemed a good time for Homer to grow up into a Teen. Helen and Dardanus set up a disco and bought a cake. They used the phone to throw a birthday party, and danced to the little stereo while they waited.
In a strategic move Bella Bachelor was invited. She waved a clacker for him.
And as Hank Doddard arrived with an Into the Future dessert, she blew a horn too.
As Sam Sekemoto, and Darlene and Arlo Bunch arrived, Homer waved a clacker for himself.
He spun around in the sparkles. Everybody hoped good things for him.
Bella was quite surprised at the spectacle of him stretching up tall.
He grew up with a generous shirt and a futuristic hairstyle.
Homer picked his LTW straight away, to be a Seasoned Traveler, which is worth 60,000 happiness points! So they all helped him to start on that straight away with a trip to Champs Les Sims, instead of Shang Simla because it was someone’s daily wish, and possibly a work task. Recipe probably. Dardanus thought about all of the French crawfish his top chef wife could cook up into Lobster Thermidore.
Some time later, they went to Al Simhara. Homer continued with the purple confusion with his shirts.
Gaining at least 1 visa level in each place, and sourcing the important souvenirs, they also lastly squeezed in a trip to Shang Simla. Everyone else worked on their skills, and relationships, or helped with collecting things around the adventures. Hilda especially took the opportunity to spend time with her new family.
With a great future ahead of Homer with his Life Time Want well on its way to fulfillment, another part of his legacy contribution was sure to be promising – the future family.
